Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you sign up.
• Saved recipes: the recipe data you choose to save to your collection, linked to your account.
• Guest bookmarks: if you save recipes without an account, they're stored only in your browser's local storage and never sent to our servers.
• Contact & newsletter: your name/email and message if you use our contact form, or just your email if you sign up for our newsletter.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number - we only store your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription IDs.
• Usage data: if enabled, Google Analytics collects standard anonymized usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device type).

How we use it

To operate your account and saved-recipe collection, process subscription payments, respond to support requests, send occasional product updates (only if you opted into our newsletter), and improve the Service.

Advertising

This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Data sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service - for example, Stripe for payments and Google for analytics/advertising - under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can update your account details from your Account page, unsubscribe from emails via the link in any newsletter, or contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
