About Recipene

Every home cook knows the feeling: you find the perfect recipe, and then you have to scroll past a decade-old family anecdote, four pop-up ads, an autoplaying video, and a newsletter signup - just to find out how much flour you need. Recipene exists to fix that.

Paste a link, and Recipene reads the page the way your browser does, finds the actual recipe data buried inside it, and hands you back a clean, distraction-free card: ingredients, steps, times, and servings. Nothing more. If the page doesn't expose that data directly, we fall back to an AI pass that reads the article text and reconstructs the recipe for you. Under the hood, Recipene is a recipe scraper and recipe extractor - we just built it to feel instant and get out of your way.

We built Recipene because we wanted this tool to exist for ourselves - for meal-prep Sundays, for scaling a recipe up when family's visiting, for printing something that isn't three ad-covered pages long. We hope it saves you the same scrolling we were tired of.

What we believe

• Recipes should be quick to read, not a scavenger hunt.
• We link back to the original creator on every recipe - we're a reader, not a replacement.
• The core tool should stay free. Premium exists only to support the servers, not to gate basic use.
